This is our new DGFive Multi-mug press, after many years, when we where actually printing mugs, we found one of the biggest draw backs on producing the mugs was the pressing, although the Press does all the work, having orders of 100+ mugs, using 3,4 or even 5 individual presses, was still a head ache each press going off at different times, caused the production process to be stressful.

Now, using the DGFive, all 5 mugs go in together, and finish at the same time, so now you simply exchange the completed mugs in the press, and replace. That's it. Everything starting and finishing at the same time, with a single mug taking around 180-240 seconds, your now able to produce 5, in that same time. You can use the press to press 1, or 2,3,4 any number up to 5, so if you have a single mug to press, you can still use the DGFive.

The benefits are endless, you can produce 50 mugs in just over 30 minutes, that's a 100 an hour, if you was to use a single, or several mug presses, to achieve this quantity, it will take hours.

Not only does the DGFive produce 5 mugs at one time, it has been built to accommodate mugs up to11.5cm in height (most mug presses go up to 10.5cm) and can press small cups, china mugs and cups, 8 oz mugs with the smaller element ( available separately ) additional attachments, include the plate and cap press which can be bought separately, this makes the versatility of the DGFive, even more value for money.

Q there's times I only have 1 or 2 mugs to press, do I have to wait until I have 5 to use?
A No, you can press 1,2,3 or 4 mugs at a time if you want, you don’t need to have 5 mugs ready.

Q I want to be able to press aluminium water bottles, can I do them using this, as they are longer than mugs.
A because of the way the DGFive is built, it can accommodate items longer than mugs, so the answers Yes.

Q I want to be able to press the smaller cups, and larger mugs together, can I do this?
A yes, you can, providing you have purchased the smaller element, you can mix and match to what you press

Q Does this press go right the way up to the handles, and right to the top and bottom?
A This depends on the size mug you are using, 11 oz, goes 1 cm away from handle, and 10 oz right up, on both Size mugs, the press element goes passed the top and bottom, so allowing for a full rap mug.

Q If I place 5 mugs in the press, how long will it take to complete all 5 mugs?
A It will take between 180 - 240 seconds, to complete all 5 mugs.

Q I produce loads of mugs, but sometimes have to press ceramic money boxes and   glasses, can I still use this?
A Yes, this will also press ceramic money boxes, and glasses, you may need the smaller attachment for the glasses, if they are narrow.

Q How much room will I need, to use this?
A you will need both room for the actual press and room to work, preferable an area or 2 sq meters.and a Hard surface to place the press on.
